Now that the term is over, it's time to hit the reset button. Here are some suggestions to refresh your studio and prepare for the next round of students.
Update your Software- The FUSE team is always trying to stay ahead of the tech curve to keep all of the challenges up and running. At the end of the school year we strongly recommend making the following changes to the computers in your FUSE Studio.
Preform and Inventory- If you haven't had your students going through the kits to find out what is missing on an ongoing basis, now is a great time to check and see what parts are missing or broken so that you can add them to your Resupply Order. For help with your kit management, you can click on the article linked here.
Resupply- Once you have a list of what you need you can place an order with the FUSE team using the Resupply process. You can also use any remaining Resupply Credit towards any new kits that are available for the package your school is subscribed to. Email email@example.com to learn about new kits and any remaining Resupply Credit.
Clear Out Your Class Roster- In your next term, you will want to add new student accounts into your school's digital studios. Make room for them by clearing out the old student accounts using the Remove All Students button found in the websites Toolkit tab under My Studio Member Management.
Consider Your Culture- How did the term go? Are there things that you feel could have gone better? There is lots to consider when it comes to building a FUSE culture in your classroom. Just remember, you're not alone. You can always share your thoughts in the #teachers_lounge on the FUSE-Community Slack or schedule a call with the FUSE team for suggestions.
