In Mini Jumbotron, students will program a message into an LED display.
What You Should Know
Mini Jumbotron uses Blocklyduino's block based coding language to program a scrolling message on an L.E.D. matrix display by way of the Arduino microcontroller.
The current version of Mini Jumbotron uses the desktop, IDE, version of Arduino. You will want to install this software on any machine that students are using to upload their code.
If a student starts the challenge on a Chromebook, they will need to switch to a desktop machine with either a Windows or Mac operating system to be able to use the Arduino IDE software to upload their code to the Arduino micro controller board.
