Do you have students who's parents did not give permission for them to have an account created on the FUSE website?
No worries! Here's the first thing you need to know: this does NOT prevent these students from participating in FUSE! Here's our recommendations on how to proceed.
Without parental permission a student should not have an account that collects any personally identifiable information. To get around this you can do one of the following:
1) Create an anonymous account for your studio. We can create a generic login for your studio that can be used by any number of students at once and does not track any information. The problem is that this means that users cannot upload work or save progress.
2) Create a regular account with a made up name (recommended). This option allows your students to have the same experience in FUSE as their peers. They would just need to create an account with a fictional name and personal information so that our website is not tracking any personally identifiable information.
Let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to go with option 1 as we would need to set up that account for you.
